KPI Mural Facilitation
A facilitated workshop that turns a noisy metric list into a mural layout the floor can maintain.
Workshop shape
Morning: metric triage with sticky panels and harsh distance tests (can you read it from the loading bay?). Afternoon: mural blocking, colour rules, and ownership tags. We leave a photographed wall plan and a cleaned vector file within three working days.
Who should be in the room
Floor leads who live with the numbers, one finance or planning partner, and the person who will reprint or update the mural. Cap: twelve participants.
