A wall-ready or screen-ready scoreboard built around shift metrics, thresholds, and exception call-outs, plus a reusable briefing script.
Who this is for
Operations leads, plant managers, and logistics supervisors who need one shared visual for the morning huddle — readable from across the floor, honest about exceptions, and stable enough that the room stops arguing about whose spreadsheet is current.
Result
A finished scoreboard composition (print-ready mural layout and/or large-display layout) with named panels, colour rules for green/amber/red states, and a one-page briefing script your facilitator can run in under twelve minutes.
Scope included
- Floor walk or remote shadowing of one full shift cycle
- Metric inventory workshop (cap at twelve candidate measures; we usually publish five to seven)
- Hierarchy sketch: primary banner, secondary strip, exception rail
- Two pilot briefings with your nominated facilitator
- Source files (vector layout + editable data table template)
- Handover checklist for quarterly target changes

Provider & process
Mind Runtime Base facilitators work in pairs: one conversation lead, one composition lead. Week one is listening. Weeks two and three are composition and critique with your floor leads. Weeks four and five are pilots and handover.
Duration & delivery
Typical builds run three to five weeks depending on how many sites share the same scoreboard grammar. Delivery is on-site in Greater Kuala Lumpur, or hybrid for Penang, Johor Bahru, and East Malaysia sites.
Preparation
Bring last quarter’s actuals for the candidate metrics, a photo of the wall or screen location, and the name of the person who will own updates after we leave.
Constraints
We will not pack more than nine live numbers on a single primary panel. If leadership insists on thirty KPIs, we design a secondary drawer — the wall stays readable.
Pricing basis
Quoted from site count, mural size, and number of pilot briefings. Starting reference appears on our rates page. A deposit holds the design slot; balance is due at handover.
