Principal
Aisha spent twelve years in internal audit for a peninsula trading group before opening the Langkawi practice. She still signs every observation log that leaves the office.
The practice
MindRuntime Base Advisory exists because finance teams kept asking the same question after a tool went live: the reports look tidy, so why does this control account keep moving? We are not a software house. We read posting rules, tax maps, and bank-match logs, then write findings a controller can take to an implementer or an auditor.
The office is at No. 88 Jalan Telok Datai, Langkawi. Island clients come here. Peninsula work is done on site — typically a week in the finance room, then a written file from Langkawi. We are used to AutoCount, SQL Accounting, UBS remnants, Xero, and QuickBooks Online, and to the MyInvois fields that now sit on top of all of them.
We stay independent of resellers. If your implementer is already in the room, we will work beside them. We will not take a referral fee for recommending a licence.
Most files belong to finance managers in trading, hospitality, professional services, and multi-outlet retail. Some are owner-managers who still approve supplier payments. A few are internal auditors who want a specialist to unpick an application they do not live in every day.

Application controls specialist
Wei Jie came from an implementer desk. He knows how posting matrices are built, which is why he is the person we send to unpick them.
Tax mapping and e-Invoice review
Priya works the gap between MyInvois fields and the ledger. She previously supported SST filings for a multi-outlet retailer.
