What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, organisation, the accounting tool you mention, and the content of your message. If we speak by telephone, we may note a callback number. We do not collect payment card data on this site.
Why we collect it
To reply to a scoping request, to prepare a written brief, to perform an instructed engagement, and to keep records we may need for professional or legal reasons. We do not buy marketing lists and we do not sell your data.
If you instruct us
An engagement may require access to accounting applications, posting exports, and sample documents. That material is used only for the brief you accepted. We ask you not to send NRIC numbers or full bank account lists through the public form; use a channel we agree after scoping.
Cookies
The public site stores one preference in localStorage about whether you accepted or declined cookies. See the cookie notice. Declining does not stop you from reading the site or sending a form.
Sharing
We share personal data with a professional adviser or implementer only when you ask us to include them, or when the law requires it. Hosting providers who store the website may process technical logs.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to twelve months. Engagement files are kept for seven years after the file is closed, unless a longer period is required.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct personal data we hold, or to limit processing, by writing to enquiries@mindruntimebase.digital. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia.
Transfers
If a hosting or email provider stores data outside Malaysia, we take steps that are reasonable in the circumstances to protect it.
Updates
This notice may change when our practice or the law changes. Last updated 12 August 2026.
