These terms apply to the public website at mindruntimebase.digital and to enquiries sent through it. They are not the engagement letter. A separate written brief governs paid work.

What this site offers

The site describes advisory engagements: financial audit of accounting automation applications, including posting rules, tax and e-Invoice mapping, bank-feed reviews, segregation of duties, go-live assurance, and vendor diligence. Fees shown are informational. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell software, a licence, or a product you can check out online.

No professional advice until instructed

Articles, methodology notes, and examples are general commentary. They are not advice on your books, tax, or choice of tool until we have accepted a written brief and you have confirmed the scope.

Enquiries

Sending the contact form is a request for a scoping conversation. It does not create a contract. We may decline work that would conflict with an existing file or that we are not competent to take.

Intellectual property

Text, layout, and original graphics on this site belong to MindRuntime Base Advisory. You may quote a short passage with attribution. You may not copy engagement templates or observation-log formats for resale.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the form to send bulk messages, attempt to probe the site, or submit other people’s personal data without a reason connected to an engagement enquiry.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the public pages alone. Liability for instructed work is set in the engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kedah have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one. Last updated 12 August 2026.
